I’ve tried a lot of lube over the years. Some I use for vaginal sex, some specifically for anal, and some that I like to use mostly for oral sex. I’m partial to fruit flavors and I’m allergic to aspartame, so finding a good lube can be a challenge. I’d been looking at trying Sex Tarts for a while, so Topco Toyz let me pick a flavor and sent me a bottle for free to review.
Sex Tarts comes in lots of flavors, ten to be exact: Cherry Pop, Grape Soda, Green Apple Fizz, Lemonade, Peach, Pineapple, Strawberry Punch, Tangy Tangerine, Watermelon Splash, and Raspberry Rush. I had a hard time deciding, but in the end I picked the Raspberry Rush.
Raspberry Rush comes in a pink 6 oz tube with a flip top that closes securely, preventing spilling. There’s a small seal under the lid to remove, and then you’re ready to use it. The lube has a thin consistency, which you can see by turning the tube over and back.
The ingredients for this flavor are listed on the back of the tube. This contains water, glycerin, citric acid, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl, methylcellulose, flavor, sucralose, methylparaben, propylparaben, and diazolidinyl urea. This lube is clear and water-based, so it won’t stain.
You can smell the lube when you open the bottle. The scent is strong, and it smells good, like raspberries and cream. It smells very sweet, and makes you want to taste it.
The lube pours quickly out of the tube when you gently squeeze it, and it’s very thin. It’s not tacky, greasy, or sticky, nor does it dry that way.

ry Rush has a good flavor – it’s tangy, but not overly so, and it reminded me of drinking a raspberry soda, swishing it around in my mouth. The flavor lasted a decent amount of time, and just dissipated in my mouth. Unlike some other flavored lubes I’ve tried, I didn’t have any hesitation before using more – it really does taste good! Plus, it doesn’t have a bad aftertaste to it, which is always good. It does make me want to try a few other flavors, so I’ll have some variety.
