Wicked Wednesday: The End…

So many things come to an end,
Some are approached with fear.
Some with happiness, some with glee,
As the terminus is near.

It’s common to be tense, afraid,
Your trepidation rises,
To fear the future, bright and new
filled with life’s surprises.

As one thing ends another starts
a cycle of birth and death,
both figurative and literal
you cannot hold your breath

And hope that things will pass you by
you must go forth, engage,
embrace the changes as they come
stand up on center stage.

All things will end, new life reborn
opportunities are vast,
Be fearless as you face your ends
Unfettered at long last.
