Wicked Wednesday: Roots

I can trace my roots back pretty far on one side of my family. My dad was pretty meticulous when he got older about tracing the family tree back many, many years. I’m thankful he did that, and it’s definitely interesting to explore.

My mom wasn’t quite as good at tracing her roots, but I can trace her side of the family back a ways through Eastern Europe.

I’d never join one of those websites that traces ancestry, but I do plan to keep updated the records I have, as I think it’s important to know where you came from as each generation gets farther away.
