Wicked Wednesday: Aspire

To what do I aspire? The list of things is long.
Some I am too weak to do, but someday I’ll be strong.

I want to be much better, in my heart and in my life.
To put aside the problems and the anguish and the strife.

I want to be a writer, to be like Stephen King –
To thrill the masses with the horrors that my pages bring.

I love to write erotica – perhaps the two will mix,
I’ll write of love and terror, of bites, and dread, and licks.

I want to be an artist and create a vision bold.
To share my thoughts and show the world that I will never fold.

I want to be a poet and with my words excite
To stir emotions deep within and set them free in flight.

I want to be a lover and to let my love be true.
To bare my soul and face the future bravely and with you.
