TMI Tuesday: Welcome To My…Blog

1. How long have you been blogging?
Not as long as some people – I started up my blog on blogspot originally. I’d been reviewing sex toys for an online site, and decided I wanted to do some writing as well as reviews on my own site. I moved over to my own domain back in 2011, which was one of the best things I did.

?2. Tell us about your pen name? Is it a pen name??
My pen name is Sammi Lou Thorne. When I started out reviewing, and on my blog, I just went by Sammi, but as I have been writing erotica and other stories, I needed a last name.  I was actually watching the Omen when I was coming up for the name for my first submitted story, and Thorne seemed fitting, so I went with it. My first published story, “Hot As Ice”, appeared in Alison Tyler’s Summer Loving anthology, and I had the privilege to write the forward for Alan & Michele  Stevens’ The Beginner’s Guide to Erotic Role Playing.

3. What is your blog about??
My blog is some writing, and reviews (which include books, sex toys, and DVDs). I also like participating in things like TMI Tuesday, Wicked Wednesday, and sometimes Kink of the Week.

4. Do you earn any money with your blog??
I earn some, through affiliate links.

5. What inspired you to blog?
I’ve always liked to write, and I missed being the editor of a small publication where I could do so. I was also inspired when I started reviewing, as I wanted a place where I could write reviews the way I wanted to.

6. What keeps you blogging?
I enjoy writing and reviewing, and expressing my thoughts, as well as pictures.

7. Do you have any advice for readers looking for love? Looking to get laid? Looking for a threesome??
Hmm…I am probably not the best with advice, but I would say keep your mind open to whatever possibilities…ahem, arise.

8. Did you do your kegels today? When was the last time you did them? (Men: There is no evidence that kegels prevent erectile dysfunction. Source: WebMD )
I did do them today – this morning, in fact. I usually do them morning and night, and sometimes when I’m working at my desk.

Hmm…I am multi-orgasmic, and although it may take me some time to build to that first orgasm, then I’m like the Energizer bunny – I keep cumming, and cumming, and cumming. I think I give a mean blow-job as well.
