Give Yourself the Royal Treatment

A while ago I tried out the Tantus Infinity plug, which I really enjoyed. It was more comfortable to insert and use than I had expected. I wanted to try something a bit larger and saw the companion piece, the Tantus Infinity Royal, so I picked this one up to see if larger would be better.

The Infinity Royal also comes in simple packaging – a plastic bag with some information on a cardboard piece stapled to the top. I picked this one in pink as well (it also comes in purple and black). The surface is smooth but not shiny and has a bit of a drag. It’s made of silicone so it’s flexible yet firm.

I have to say that the Royal looks a lot more intimidating than its smaller cousin in person. At 5” long and 1 1/2″ wide, it’s 3/4″ longer and 1/4″ wider. This doesn’t sound like a lot, but as I’ve learned with sex toys, even 1/8″ can make a huge difference in dimensions.

The Royal bulges shaped a bit like eggs. Both are 1 1/2″ long and 1 1/2″ in diameter. They sit atop one another, and narrow to 1 1/4″ between them. The neck is only 1” wide, which helps keep the Royal in place once it’s inserted.

The base on the Royal is 3” long. At each end it’s 1 7/8” wide and it narrows to 1 3/8” in the middle. Because it’s so wide, the Royal is not the most comfortable plug to wear out and about. It’s fine for short periods, however.

This plug is made of silicone, so it doesn’t have any smell or taste. It’s phthalates free and non-porous and easy to take care of. You can wash the Royal with antibacterial soap and warm water or your favorite toy cleaner. You can also run this through the dishwasher or boil it in a pan of water on the stove. It’s best to use a condom if you plan to share this, and you should only use water-based lubricants. The Royal should be stored standing upright on its base and not touching other toys.

So, Did It Work? After having tried the smaller version of this plug, I wasn’t worried about it being comfortable to insert. What I was mainly worried about was being able to insert this easily due to its size.

I had to use a few warm-up toys first before I was able to use the Royal. Once I was ready, the Royal was also. I knew what to expect from the Infinity, and both the first and second bulges went in fairly easily. Internally it was comfortable, and I really liked the way the two bulges felt. Externally the width of the base made me feel like my butt was being spread apart. This was a manageable feeling in the house, but definitely not one I’d want while out in public.

The Royal stayed in place well and didn’t interfere much with toy use, although my husband could feel it during penetration. It stayed in well for me during orgasm and only popped out once. I didn’t have too much trouble removing it either, although it was a bit more difficult than the Infinity

This is a pretty good plug: comfortable, filling, and nicely designed. The only thing I wish is that the base wasn’t quite so wide so it was wearable for longer periods of time. If you’d like to try the Tantus Infinity Royal for yourself, you can buy it at Tantus by clicking on the widget below.

To Infinity and Beyond!

Recently I went through my anal toy collection and realized that while I have a lot of metal, glass, and even some wood plugs, I didn’t have a lot of silicone ones. I’d been contemplating the Tantus Infinity plug  for a while, although the shape kept giving me pause. I finally decided I had to get this one and give it a try.

The Infinity comes in simple, minimal packaging. The plug doesn’t look nearly as intimidating in person as it does online. It’s petite, and only 4 1/4″ long with 3 3/4″ insertable. It comes in 3 colors – I chose the pink (I know, I chose pink, right?) and it’s a pretty, bubblegum shade. The surface is matte and has just a bit of drag to it, but it’s not sticky or tacky. It’s flexible and soft without being too soft.

This plug looks a bit like an infinity symbol on a base. The curves are soft and gentle. Each bulge is about 1 1/4″ long, and has a maximum width of 1 1/4″. The top bulge isn’t tapered at all, but rounded. The neck narrows to a nice 3/4″ before connecting to the 2 1/2″ base. The narrowness of the neck helps to keep the plug inside.

The Infinity’s flat base goes from 1 1/2″ wide and narrows to 1 1/8” in the center for more comfortable wear, although it’s not nearly as comfortable for extended wear as ones that are thinner in the middle.

The Infinity plug is made of silicone, so it’s non-porous and phthalates free. It also has no smell or taste, and doesn’t hold on to any scents when cleaned. It’s easy to clean with warm water and antibacterial soap, or you can run it through the dishwasher on the top rack or boil it on the stove to sanitize it. Only water-based lubricants are safe to use.

So, Did It Work? My biggest concern with this plug wasn’t the width but the size of the first bump and the lack of a tapered tip. With plenty of lube, I found that inserting it wasn’t nearly as hard or uncomfortable as I expected. The shape and gentle roundness of the bulbs allowed me to get the first bulge in without too much trouble. After waiting a bit to get used to the feel, the second bulb was no problem.

The base narrows in the middle, although it was still a bit wide for me to comfortably wear this out. It wasn’t bad for short times, though, and I didn’t have any problems with it popping out by walking or moving around the house.

The base size didn’t interfere with penetration in any way, and the Infinity stayed put pretty well, except during orgasm. I had trouble with it popping out when nothing was pressed into the base to hold it in place then, although it just took light pressure to keep it in place. The Infinity wasn’t difficult to remove when done, either.

While I preferred leaving this in place for the sensation of fullness, my husband also tried gently thrusting with it. It worked better than expected this way.

This really is a nice plug, and I’m glad I decided to give this a shot. If you’d like to buy one and try the Infinity plug for yourself, you can pick one up at Tantus by clicking the widget below.

Join the Revolution!

The Revolution is a delightful dildo, with its longer length, filling girth and lightly textured shaft. The silicone is soft to the touch to simulate the feel of a real penis, but the toy itself is firm enough to allow for vigorous thrusting. Add a pleasing color and you’ve got an easy to care for, beautiful toy that should last a lifetime.

I really love Tantus toys. There’s nothing quite like a good silicone dildo, and Tantus has some of the best. Recently I decided I needed another one that was a bit longer than my go to Randy, and after hearing a lot about the O2 Revolution I had to give it a try.

The Revolution in its box

This dildo comes in a clear plastic box red and grey accents and product information on the side and back. The Revolution is visible through the front, and it looks impressive. The coloring is beautiful. The tip is frosted white, which gradually and subtly darkens to an icy, frosty blue. The base is a darker blue and complements the coloring nicely.

It’s even more impressive to hold. At 7 1/2″ long and 7” insertable, the Revolution is substantial without being heavy. It’s super soft and squishy and extremely flexible which makes it a delight to use, yet firm enough to allow good thrusting. It’s not tacky or sticky, yet the matte finish allows a bit of drag.

The Revolution is not small in girth. At 1 3/4″ in diameter, it’s filling without being overly large. It’s lightly textured from its head down the shaft, but the texture is not overwhelming and isn’t felt a lot inside. It does go a long way to making the Revolution look and feel almost like a real penis, however. This is really one of those toys you want to hold and play with in your hands before getting down to business!

The base on the Revolution is flat and about 2 3/8”, which makes this O-ring compatible for harness play. The flat base also allows the Revolution to work in the Liberator Wing for hands-free fun. It’s a little tall to stand on its own on a flat surface without tipping over, but once the base is balanced you’re ready to go. The base also allows the Revolution to be safe for anal play if you’re looking for something on the larger side.

The Revolution is made of silicone, which is body safe, phthalates free, hypoallergenic and nonporous. The toy is dual density, with the outer layer being soft and the inner layer more dense. Even with its detailing, it’s easy to clean. Simply wash with antibacterial soap and warm water, or clean with your favorite toy cleaner. It can also be safely boiled or run through the dishwasher on the top rack to sanitize it, or cleaned with a 10% bleach solution. Only water-based lubricants are safe to use.

So, Did It Work?  The Revolution is a delight to use. I really love the feeling of this one – the squishiness is phenomenal! I really do like to just hold and play with it. Like the Rascal, it reminds me of a stress ball, and it certainly works well to relieve stress.

The length is just right for me, and I love the girth – it’s big enough to be filling without feeling like I’m being stretched to my limits. Since it has some give it is very comfortable during use. It doesn’t take a lot of lubricant to make this one glide.

The Revolution works in the Liberator Wing (which, if you don’t know, I have come to find indispensable for hands-free play). The base would work to keep it more stationary if it was just a bit wider, but once it’s settled it stays in place.

This is really a wonderful toy!  You  can pick up a Revolution of your own at Tantus by clicking the widget below.

Frosty Blue Persuasion

I love Tantus toys. Most of the toys I have from them, with a few noticeable exceptions like Hoss, are smooth and thin and typically they don’t vibrate. I’ve been enjoying some textures lately though, and I thought the Rascal O2 would be a good choice to try.

The Rascal comes in a simple plastic bag, and right away when I took it out I could tell it was going to be fun. It’s soft and super squishy – the kind of toy you want to squeeze like a stress ball. I love how flexible it is as well. The Rascal has gentle ridges that run from its rounded tip to its base for extra stimulation, and the surface has a matte finish with just a bit of drag. This toy has beautiful coloring, with a white tip that gradually darkens to an icy, frosted blue at the base.

This toy is on the short side – only 5 1/2″ long. It’s also 5 1/2” around (1 3/4″ diameter), so the Rascal is pleasantly filling without being too large. The base is wide at 3” in diameter and makes the Rascal O-ring compatible as well as safe for anal play.

The base contains a hole for a bullet to turn the Rascal into a vibrating delight. The bullet is silver and small, at 2 1/4″ long and just 3/4″ wide. It is easy to insert and remove from the Rascal without needing to apply any lubricant. The bullet only has one speed and is turned on and off by a push button on the bottom. It takes 3 watch batteries and produces strong, high, and buzzy vibrations that can be felt nicely throughout the length of the Rascal. The vibrations aren’t earth-shattering, but they are pleasant and create a nice buildup to climax over time.  They are also fairly quiet, and won’t be heard if you’ve got some background music on.  The bullet has an O-ring seal and is waterproof, so you can take the Rascal into the shower or tub for water play.

The Rascal is made of silicone, so it’s body safe, nonporous, hypoallergenic, and phthalates-free. It’s easy to clean: simply wash it (and the bullet) with antibacterial soap and rinse with warm water and pat dry. The Rascal without the bullet can also be run through the dishwasher on the top rack or boiled on the stove for 3 minutes. Its surface collects lint and hair like crazy, so the Rascal should be stored in a bag or box and cleaned before and after each use. Only water-based lubricants should be used.

So, Is It Worth It? Yes! I really love the way the Rascal feels. It’s filling without being too big, and the texture adds some decent stimulation.  I love that this vibrates as well! The Rascal also works in the Liberator Wing for hands-free vibrating fun, although it would work better if it were just a touch longer.

The Rascal is fun to use without the bullet as well. Its bullet hole fits over the Tantus Suction Cup securely so it can be mounted on the shower wall.  Because of its short length it doesn’t flop downwards off of the suction cup.

This is quite a fun toy! You can get a Rascal O2 or other awesome toys from Tantus by clicking on the widget below.

Save A Cowboy, Ride A Hoss!

I have been looking for a big toy. That is, my husband has been looking for a really big toy for me. After browsing dildos, we decided to try the Hoss by Tantus, and even though I’d read the measurements I was stunned at how truly massive this dildo is. There’s something about reading and actually seeing in the flesh for me.

My first thought when I took Hoss out of the shipping box was “Holy cow, what have I gotten myself into?” Hoss is enormous. Humongous. Gigantic. Bigger than big. He makes Randy look like a beginner’s toy (and Randy most definitely is not).

This dildo is the size of my forearm! It’s 12 1/4″ long from tip to base, with an insertable length of 10 1/2″. It has a circumference of 8 1/2″, which is a 2 3/4″ diameter. This is the circumference of a Coke can (while I need to get another prop, this should give you an idea of just how big Hoss is).

Conceptually, the difference between 2 1/8” diameter (my previous largest toy) and 2 3/4″ diameter is not that much (only 5/8” of an inch). In reality this is an enormous difference on a toy, and a difference in circumference of almost 2”.

Hoss is also heavy. It weighs in over 2 pounds. This is as heavy as or heavier than almost every toy I own!

Hoss is made of black silicone and is a soft matte color. It has a bit of surface drag when you run your finger over it. It’s slightly squishy, and has a bit of flex, although it’s still quite firm. Hoss has a well-defined head and some textured veining down the sides. You can feel the veins somewhat on the shaft when Hoss is inserted, although they are fairly subtle.  The base has balls and is flat on the bottom so Hoss can stand upright on a flat surface. It’s firm enough to stand upright without flopping or tipping over.

Since Hoss is silicone, it’s non-porous, hypo-allergenic, latex free, and phthalates free. It can be cleaned with antibacterial soap and warm water, or run through the dishwasher on the top rack. It can also be boiled, if you’ve got a huge pan to do it in. Hoss should be stored standing up away from other toys. Only water-based lubricant is safe to use.

I do like Hoss, but it takes some getting used to.  This has to be the first time ever I’ve needed to use warm-up toys to work up to using a dildo. Hoss is way too big for me to use without preparation. I never expected Randy to be a starter toy! Once warmed up, it’s still difficult to insert, even when using lots of lube. The head manages to catch if it goes in too fast, which is not at all comfortable.

Hoss works better in certain positions. I can’t use it doggie-style as the head seems to catch more, but it’s easier to handle when I lay on my back or squat over it. I’ve found on initial insertion to go very slowly, and take it in a little at a time. This is one toy I don’t let my husband touch, as it’s not a thrusting, ramming toy for me. It’s more of a slow stretcher.

I particularly like to have Hoss standing on the floor or on the table. That way I can control the entry and speed. Once I get used to it, I find slow thrusting and grinding are not as much of a problem. Going slowly does allow me to orgasm, when I pair Hoss with some clitoral stimulation.

If you’re looking for something truly massive, Hoss may be for you. But be warned, this dildo really is bigger than it looks in pictures.
